Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across financial operations. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process and verify supplier invoices accurately and on time Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies Manage payment runs (EFT/BPAY/cheques) Accounts Receivable Monitor incoming payments and maintain accurate records Manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding receivables Reconciliations & Reporting Reconcile supplier statements and resolve issues Assist with month-end processes and accruals Stakeholder Management Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries Build strong working relationships across the business Compliance & Improvement Ensure GST compliance and accurate financial records Support process improvements and system enhancements About You You are a detail‑focused finance professional with strong technical skills and a proactive approach.
