Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Collaborative approach to working with teachers, support staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized or group therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers to support students’ IEP goals
• Participate in student progress meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
• Maintain meticulous documentation in alignment with district and regulatory requirements
• Support staff and parent training initiatives to foster language enrichment outside of therapy sessions
