Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current (or eligibility for) state SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY applicants are also encouraged
• Prior experience providing speech and language services in a school setting is highly valued
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to adapt therapy to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Deliver direct therapy services to students based on IEP goals and best practices
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Offer staff and family education on speech and language strategies when needed
