About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to define and drive the long-term software and technology strategy, ensuring it is in line with the company's evolving business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of cloud-native applications, secure infrastructure, and automation pipelines to support agile product development. This role also involves guiding the integration of machine learning and intelligent automation to enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes, as well as modernizing legacy platforms with a focus on compliance, risk, and transaction monitoring. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a proven track record in technology leadership within fintech, digital banking, or regulated financial services. Executive-level experience in platform modernization, cloud migrations, and software transformation is essential, as is hands-on knowledge of application architecture, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and cloud infrastructure. The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in financial services, including AML, KYC, and data privacy, and the ability to influence and mentor across technical and operational teams. A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required, with a graduate degree or MBA being a plus. The CTO will also be responsible for leading vendor strategy, technology partnerships, and recruiting a high-impact engineering and DevOps organization.
