Quality Control Manager

Quality Control ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee the company's quality control program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that all projects are completed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. As a key member of our team, the Quality Control Manager will work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective use of company resources.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement quality control policies and procedures, ensuring that all projects are completed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsManage and oversee the company's quality control program, including monitoring and reporting on quality control metricsDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring that their work meets quality control standardsCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that quality control standards are communicated and adhered to throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and deliver quality control training programs to project teams and other stakeholdersIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvements in quality controlOther duties as assigned byQualificationsBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the construction industryStrong technical skills, with a deep understanding of quality control processes and proceduresStrong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiencesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentA commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplaceEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
