We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to fill a key strategic role at our Duluth facility. The Ideal Candidate: This role reports to our HR Director and serves as a true strategic business partner — someone who can zoom out to shape culture and workforce strategy, and zoom back in to get things done. We're not looking for someone to simply maintain what exists; we're looking for someone who wants to build — modernizing HR operations, strengthening how we attract and develop talent, and helping shape the employee experience for a company that has doubled in size and isn't slowing down. A bachelor's degree and 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
