Branch Manager

What We Offer: Competitive pay + bonus opportunity Health, dental, vision, and prescription insurance 401(k) with company match PTO earned immediately + paid holidays Career growth and advancement opportunities What You’ll Do: Branch Leadership & Sales Drive branch sales performance and local growth strategies Build strong relationships with HVAC contractors and key accounts Partner with outside sales to support customer development Team Management Hire, train, and lead counter sales, warehouse, and delivery teams Coach employees and build a strong customer-focused culture Manage scheduling and branch coverage Operations & Inventory Oversee daily branch operations, safety, and service standards Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and product availability Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams Financial Performance Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance Track KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement Customer Service Resolve customer issues and serve as escalation point when needed Support counter operations during peak periods What We’re Looking For: 3+ years HVAC industry experience (distribution preferred) 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of HVAC products and contractor needs Experience with ERP/POS systems (Eclipse or similar) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support warehouse operations What Makes You a Great Fit: Hands‑on leader who leads by example Strong communicator and team builder Organized, accountable, and results‑driven Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer‑facing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Johnstone Supply, The Balsan Group
