The Regional Showroom Manager provides leadership for showroom management and inside sales teams across assigned region, ensuring the execution of company goals and sales initiatives. This leader ensures consistent execution, drives sales growth, develops showroom leadership, and enhances the overall customer experience. Visual Comfort Offers: Work-Life Balance: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, Travel Requirements 75%, In showrooms when not working remotely Training & Development: A comprehensive and structured training program, complemented by ongoing education and opportunities for career advancement. How success is defined: Regional Leadership Oversee at the direction of the Regional Sales Director, the showroom sales teams across all Visual Comfort showrooms in the region. Conduct frequent showroom visits to assess performance, coach managers, monitor showroom readiness, and identify opportunities for improvement. Sales Performance & Growth Execute regional sales strategies, driving sales performance with a focus on trade and retail customers. Provide ongoing sales coaching/training to showroom teams. Partner with showroom managers to create location-specific sales strategies aligned with regional goals and corporate priorities. Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and develop action plans to address performance gaps. Ensure consistent execution of sales process. Team Development & Management Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing showroom managers, key leaders, and sales staff within each location. Foster a high-performance culture centered around accountability, customer service excellence, and team collaboration. Provide coaching and feedback to support leadership effectiveness, product expertise, and customer engagement skills. Identify future leaders and build a strong pipeline of talent across the region. Customer Experience & Brand Standards Ensure all showrooms deliver a best-in-class experience for interior designers, architects, builders, and homeowners. Support teams in managing complex lighting projects, design consultations, and trade clients’ needs. Address escalated customer concerns while reinforcing Visual Comfort’s commitment to service excellence. Uphold showroom standards that reflect craftsmanship, luxury, and the heritage of the Visual Comfort brand. Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborate closely with Regional Director of Sales, Regional Operations Manager, Marketing, HR, and Sales Operations Communicate field insights to inform product assortment decisions, staffing needs, process improvements, and customer experience strategies. Support regional execution of corporate initiatives, brand events, training programs, and showroom openings. What you will bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related discipline 7+ years of multi-unit retail management experience in luxury retail, design showrooms, home furnishings or previous Visual Comfort experience in showroom management. Strong understanding of lighting, home décor, or premium design-focused products is highly preferred. Proven track record of driving sales, coaching teams, and managing multiple locations. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills. Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment providing and taking direction, at a high standard of excellence. Ability to challenge the status quo by making solid data driven business cases. Proficiency in retail systems, CRM platforms, inventory systems, and performance reporting tools. Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
