- 3+ years of back-of-house leadership experience (Kitchen Manager, Executive Chef or similar)
- Skilled in scheduling, labor management, inventory, and cost control
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
- Effective leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style
- Experience in leading a scratch kitchen
- Experience in gastropub, grill & taphouse, or casual-dining concepts
- Familiarity with scratch cooking and managing diverse menus
- Proven success in improving operational efficiency and maintaining high standards
- Ability to foster a positive kitchen culture and retain talent
