Join a team where your expertise can help shape the next generation of therapies.Proclinical is seeking a Staff Scientist specializing in ADME for a contract role based in the US.Primary Responsibilities:The successful candidate will focus on conducting and analyzing in vitro ADME assays to support discovery-stage research. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skills & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degrees or industry experience preferred.Hands-on experience with in vitro ADME assays is highly desirable.Familiarity with high-throughput screening and LC-MS/MS techniques is a plus.Experience with Hamilton robotic liquid handlers is advantageous.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines and quality standards.Excellent attention to detail and strong oral and written communication skills.The Staff Scientist, ADME's responsibilities will be:Perform weekly high-throughput in vitro ADME assays, including intrinsic clearance, protein and tissue binding, CYP450 inhibition, CYP450 reaction phenotyping, and whole blood stability studies.Prepare reagents, maintain laboratory equipment, and manage supplies to ensure smooth lab operations.Analyze, record, and archive experimental data with appropriate supervision.Prepare summary documents and report findings as needed.If you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Mike Raletz at View email address on click.appcast.io you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists please request a call back at the top of this page.
