Develop and implement strategies to exceed store sales targets. Ensure every customer walks out with a world‑class experience. Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing sales and operations team. Lead regular staff meetings with wit and candor, keeping everyone inspired. Oversee daily store operations from opening to closing, ensuring smooth functionality. Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store standards. Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and loss prevention. Serve as primary contact between the store and district/regional management for seamless operations. Required Skills 3‑5 years of leadership or management experience in a small specialty retailer. Exceptional customer‑service focus, creating memorable experiences for every shopper. A keen eye for business, always staying ahead of the game and driving results. Passion for clothing and a high‑touch ethos in all interactions. Digital savviness, comfortable navigating social media and e‑commerce platforms. Experience in menswear or menswear‑retail environments is a plus. Track record of success in retail management. Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
