The job is client service:
- Safely operating a 26,000 lb truck on a daily route, Smashing trash
- Diligently documenting work orders on smart phone
- Solving problems with your teaming, systems, policies, good judgment, and common sense
You must bring
- High school diploma or equivalent... degrees from a technical school, a plus
- Excellent communication, thinking, and client service skills
- Experience safely trucks with hydraulic equipment such as dump trucks, garbage trucks, backhoes, fire trucks, street cleaners
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record
- A great attitude, big brain, and willingness to work
About Smash My Trash:
We provide mobile compaction services, saving businesses time and money by safely reducing roll-off dumpster waste volume by up to 70%. Our mission is to fundamentally disrupt commercial material management by redefining the business model, significantly reducing waste processing costs, and pursuing genuine environmental stewardship. Our mobile smash machine is revolutionizing the waste industry. We significantly reduce vehicle CO2 emissions by decreasing the volume of hauling trucks on the road and reduce the landfill space required by increasing the density of every haul. The more we smash, the more we're able to help our clients and the environment - it's a win-win!
We have the technology and equipment, but we can't provide exceptional customer service without our amazing team.
