With millions of fans and a complete line of over 400 office furniture products in the market today, Vari is continuing to simplify and disrupt the office furniture industry by pioneering a direct B2C and B2B business model, reimagining how workspaces are defined, designed, and delivered.Vari is looking to add a Project Manager to its Operations team responsible for managing projects for customers across the country. This person will be self-motivated, a team player, and must be able to travel up to 85% of the time.Key Responsibilities:Track the end-to-end lifecycle of projects and report takeaways to internal stakeholdersManage bid communications with approved vendors and negotiate bids in line with budgeted costManage the onsite delivery and installation of office furniture at customer sites across the countryGuide installation crews during execution and educate as needed on product and related efficiency gainsDrive a high standard of service across all channels with a focus on elevating the overall customer experienceCollaborate with cross-departmental teams (Sales, Design, Product Development, Accounting, and Operations) to generate project clarity, report on lessons learned, and establish best practicesDirect the flow of product between internal warehouse/transportation teams, vendors, and customersManage a multi project pipeline with quick turnarounds, aligning with our speed to market approachProactively communicate status updates, adjust prioritization, and identify potential risks to project successMonitor and track actual verse budgeted project spendIdentify process and procedural enhancements for continuous operationalSkills and Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in operations, supply chain, management, or project management preferredAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionComfortable working in both company headquarters and customer installation sitesStrong work ethic with sound decision-making skills and a team-oriented attitudeAdapt well to change, able to multi-task, and demonstrate a keen attention to detailExceptional organizational skills and strong written/verbal communication skills2 to 3 years or relevant experienceProficiency working in CRM and ERP systems (SalesForce, SAP, and Netsuite)Able to maintain all workload with demanding travel schedulesMust be available to travel up to 85% of the time.Why Vari:Short-term and long-term incentive plan401k and profit-sharing planOn-site gym, spa-like locker roomEnhanced paternity, maternity, and adoption programsPersonal and volunteer time offTeam building events on and off-siteMentoring and career developmentEducation reimbursementWellness program and insurance premium discountsAt-home work set-up
