Senior IT Service Technician
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Senior IT Service Technician in Dallas, Texas to provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure systems across clinical operations. The role involves troubleshooting end-user devices, supporting Patient Service Centers, and maintaining technology assets, with up to 20% travel within the region.
Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, deploy, and maintain IT systems and client computing devices
- Install and support wireless networking equipment and client devices across locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and peripheral device issues
- Create, analyze, and transfer data using specialized software applications
- Maintain and manage hardware, software, and technology asset inventory records
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 7+ years IT support experience, or Associate degree with 5+ years, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years
- 5+ years desktop, workstation, or end-user technical support experience
- 3+ years supporting Windows-based computing environments
- 2+ years supporting servers, printers, and network-connected devices
- 1+ year configuring or supporting wireless networking equipment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and peripheral issues
- Strong customer service and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
