AI Lending Operations Analyst - Data & Customer Support

Client Overview: Our client is a start-up utilizing AI to better assist customers with their financial loans. They are currently looking to add a Financial Operations Analyst to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate: $22/hr Position Overview: The Financial Operations Analyst will collect and evaluate data, process documentation, run reports, and analyze financial information. This role is temp-to-hire, 40 hours per week, and 1 weekend day per week is required (Saturday OR Sunday). Candidates must be willing to work 11:30 am to 8 pm. Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Analyst: The Financial Operations Analyst will support customers by evaluating their accounts, reviewing changes, and updating them accordingly, and promptly resolving problems. Work closely with various teams to ensure accounts are up-to-date. Review and process reports in a timely manner. Analyze and process accordingly. Required Experience/Skills for the Financial Operations Analyst: Candidates must have at least 1+ years in a Customer Service/Data Analysis role, specifically with AI. Experience working with various systems, and able to toggle between multiple screens. Ability to work in a metrics-driven environment. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Financial Operations Analyst: Experience in the mortgage or banking industry. Experience using AI is preferred. Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED is required.
