Staff Accountant

You'll play an important role in maintaining the accuracy of financial records, supporting monthly close activities, and helping ensure the company's financial operations run smoothly. What You'll Be Doing As a Staff Accountant, you'll be involved in both daily accounting activities and larger month-end responsibilities, including Recording journal entries for items such as cash transactions, accruals, and account reclassifications Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger balances to ensure financial accuracy Processing accounts payable by coding invoices, preparing payment runs, and maintaining vendor records Assisting with accounts receivable activities, including applying customer payments and posting cash receipts Reviewing employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance Maintaining the integrity of the general ledger and supporting accurate financial reporting Month‑End & Financial Reporting You’ll be an active contributor during the monthly close process.
