Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification
• Experience with WJIV and WJV assessment tools, especially the Spanish-language components
• Demonstrated ability to support K-12 learners in a classroom or resource setting
• Fluency in Spanish preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments—including Spanish WJIV and WJV evaluations—across multiple campuses as a districtwide resource
• Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with assessment results
• Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff to foster inclusion and support student progress
• Provide direct instructional support and interventions tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports in compliance with district and state standards
