Licensed Practical Nurse - Float Pool

IRMC Main Hospital 835 Hospital Rd Indiana, PA 15701, USA An active member of the interdisciplinary treatment team, working collaboratively in the development, implementation, and revision of each patient’s interdisciplinary treatment plan Observing and evaluating each patient documenting their observations and evaluations and providing the RN with relevant clinical information. Using nursing knowledge of medical, surgical, and rehab nursing to effectively provide direct patient care and observing/documenting outcomes Providing patient and family education Float to areas of Medical Center assigned.
