Overview This is a temporary assignment that will cover PTO from June 27th, 2026 - July 25th, 2026. Job Summary Associate Dentist to join our growing team focusing on providing excellent dental care to children and adults. Responsibilities Associate Dentists provide dental services to patients with the support of their team. Practice Features DentaPro software Digital X‑ray and Panorex units Fiber‑optic handpieces Yearly OSHA, HIPAA and Emergency Management training Staff ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant and 2 dental assistants per provider Patient base primarily ages 3‑21 with up to 30% adult population (depending on location) Average office flow: 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients daily State insurance plans, PPO and out‑of‑network payor mix Benefits Guaranteed base pay of $800/day with uncapped earning potential No lab fees Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSAC coverage for full‑time providers Short‑Term Disability, Long‑Term Disability, and Basic Life Insurance paid by company 401(k) Retirement Plan Company‑paid malpractice insurance coverage Multiple schedule options to help maintain healthy work/life balance VISA and Green Card sponsorship available Qualifications DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc. Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults Employment and EEO Statement We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
