You will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security‑related incidents, and respond to resident concerns with clear communication and customer‑focused service. What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Monitor access points and community activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and assist with visitor check‑in and/or directing deliveries in accordance with post orders. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, noise complaints, and/or resident requests for assistance. Complete detailed reports and logs of patrol activity, incidents, and observations; communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and/or property management as required. Minimum Requirements: CPR/First Aid is preferred. Customer Service Experience is preferred. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
