Job Description:Job Description:We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Direct Support Associates to join our Community-Based Services team, supporting adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in our residential homes.Schedule: 39 hours/week. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position.Monday 8aam - 8pmThursday 8am - 10pmFridays 8am - 9pmPay: $22.62/hourIf you have experience in Human Services as a Direct Support Professional, Residential Counselor or Behavior Technician, this role is for you!Your growth matters to us! Advance your career through our paid DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn up to an extra $1.50/hour by completing all three levels.About the Home: This position supports adult men in a home in Penacook, NHResponsibilities: The Direct Support Associate will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care and medication administrationAssisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility supportSupport and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundryAccompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community eventsFollow each individuals care planAll staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safetyComplete required daily documentation on a computer or tabletOther duties as needed or assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDMust be 18 years of age or olderExperience providing direct support or direct care (preferred)Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insuranceWhat’s in it for you?
