Building Superintendent (1st shift)

Shift : 7a-4p (Mandatory OT if needed)

Pay : $45,000-$60,000 BOE

Where : East Indianapolis & Fishers Area

Temporary to Hire Evaluation Hire

Duties :

Assist Director of Facilities
Supervise/Implement Policies & Procedures
Develop & Implement Programs
Supervise Maintenance & Maintenance Dept Schedule
Train & Hire Employees
Supervise Security

Qualifications :

3 to 5 Years Administrative Experience
Associates Degree
Knowledge Word Processing/Desktop Publishing/Spreadsheets
Lift up to 50lb
Minimum 3 years Leadership Experience
