You'll lead and support a team of approximately 15–20 clinical support staff (Medical Assistants and Referral Coordinators), providing coaching, guidance, and accountability while fostering a positive and patient-centered culture.What You'll DoKey Responsibilities include:Lead daily clinical operations across three clinic sites (El Monte, East LA, Maywood)Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical staffCoordinate staffing schedules and workflow to support efficient patient carePartner with clinic leadership on hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee developmentEnsure compliance with FQHC, accreditation, OSHA, infection prevention, and organizational standardsOversee quality improvement initiatives, audits, and regulatory readinessMonitor EHR workflows, patient access, wait lists, no-shows, and clinical inboxesManage vaccine programs, inventory, medical equipment, and departmental suppliesEnsure daily equipment log sheets are completed and maintained, verifying that all clinical equipment is inspected, calibrated, fully functional, and compliant with operational standardsCollaborate with Facilities, IT, Human Resources, and other departments to resolve operational needsSupport departmental budgeting, productivity, reporting, and performance improvement initiativesChampion Eisner Health's mission, values, and commitment to exceptional patient carePerform other duties as assigned.Programs You'll SupportYou will coordinate and oversee the following special programs for the department:Adult Department & Women's Health Center Comprehensive Perinatal Services ProgramFamily Planning ProgramAdolescent CareChronic Disease ManagementPediatric Department CHDP ProgramImmunization ProgramWhat We're Looking ForQualifications & RequirementsThree years' experience in a Family Practice clinical settingMinimum one-year supervisory experience in a Family Practice clinical setting.Must be bilingual – English and Spanish.Must have a Medical Assistant Diploma.Must be CPR certified.Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to each clinic locations at least twice weeklyExperience managing teams of approximately 15–20 employeesEHR experience (Athena highly preferred)Must be able to work a Mon-Saturday schedule.
