Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all parts and accessories customers, both in person and over the phone.
• Answer phone calls promptly (within four rings) and avoid extended hold times.
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories for their needs.
• Utilize sales fundamentals to maximize sales opportunities, including up-selling and suggesting related items (aiming for at least two items per ticket).
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cashiering and accounting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom and stockroom.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
• Follow all Parts Department processes and procedures.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
• Provide professional service to coworkers and vendors.
• Assist the receiver in putting away stock when customer traffic allows.
• Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance.
• Maintain product certification for all manufacture product training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager or General Manager.

Qualifications:

• Passion for powersports and extensive knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, and snowmobiles.
• Strong customer service and sales skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems (preferably LightSpeed or similar platforms).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing inventory and processing customer orders.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs for stocking and organizing inventory.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with industry trends, manufacturers, and aftermarket brands.
• Problem-solving skills to assist customers in selecting the right parts and accessories.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Requirements:

• Current valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record, no blemishes
• Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
