We are seeking Maintenance Technician Associates to support our client's state-of-the-art injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced maintenance professionals to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve highly automated production equipment used to manufacture life-changing medicines. What You'll Learn Industrial maintenance best practices Automated manufacturing and production equipment Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems Preventive and corrective maintenance processes Root cause analysis and troubleshooting methodologies CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing Continuous improvement and operational excellence principles Day-to-Day Responsibilities Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability. Learn to diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment issues. Partner with experienced technicians to respond to production equipment breakdowns. Support equipment startup, shutdown, and changeover activities. Accurately document maintenance work and equipment history. Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Operations, and Quality teams. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and uptime. Follow all safety, quality, and GMP requirements. Preferred Backgrounds We welcome candidates from a variety of industries and experiences, including: Manufacturing Skilled Trades Military Mechanical or Technical Occupations Automotive Maintenance Food & Beverage Manufacturing Warehousing Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1+ years of hands‑on mechanical, maintenance, technical, military, trade, or industrial experience OR completion of a technical training program, apprenticeship, military technical school, or related degree. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Additional Preferred Qualifications Associate degree, trade school certificate, military technical training, or industrial maintenance certification. Experience maintaining manufacturing or production equipment. Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or mechanical systems. Exposure to PLC‑controlled equipment, robotics, conveyors, pumps, motors, or automated systems. Experience working in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical, food & beverage, medical device, or consumer products manufacturing. Physical Requirements Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform maintenance activities for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, safety shoes, cleanroom garments, and gloves. Ability to work around automated manufacturing equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
