Responsibilities

Provide personalized, professional service while building trust and long-term client relationships
Identify additional coverage opportunities that genuinely benefit each client
Process new policies, changes, and renewals accurately
Respond to client inquiries on coverage, billing, and claims
Schedule appointments and support daily agency operations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service experience
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and basic math skills
WI Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 30 days we cover the cost after 6 months)
