$16.00 PER HOUR | FULL-TIME WITH BENEFITS

Wyndham Midland Downtown Hotel is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. We are seeking a reliable individual who provides excellent guest service, works independently, and ensures accurate financial reporting during overnight operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Answer phone calls and assist guests with requests Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions Prepare daily financial and operational reportsProcess guest payments and maintain accurate records Monitor hotel activity and assist with guest safety during overnight hours Resolve guest concerns in a professional manner Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Follow hotel policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dependable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer and mathematical skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred Night audit experience is a plus Wyndham Midland Downtown Hotel 117 W.
