Accounting Manager - Construction

The company is seeking an Accounting Manager to play a key role across both construction and development operations. This is a high-visibility position offering the opportunity to build systems, refine processes, and work closely with senior leadership while supporting complex real estate and construction projects. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle construction accounting including job cost reporting, project billings, change orders, and compliance Oversee corporate and development accounting, including debt/equity draws, financial statements, and reporting Partner with project managers, leadership, and external advisors on budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis Implement and improve accounting systems, processes, and internal controls across the business Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in construction accounting, with strong knowledge of contract structures, billings, and job cost systems Proficiency with project accounting software (Procore, QuickBooks, or similar) and advanced Excel skills Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative, with a proven ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environments What We Offer Medical insurance Pension plan Vision insurance 401(k) Paid maternity leave Paid paternity leave Child care support If you’re looking to make a visible impact and grow with an ambitious and expanding construction and development platform, we’d love to hear from you.
