In this role, you ensure great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing our dedicated PT Aides. We are thrilled with our new AI documentation software. It literally cuts your documentation time by 90%, giving you more time to treat your patients. All of our PTA's receive daily productivity bonuses which often add up to around an extra $800/month. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
• Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
• Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required
• Experienced Physical Therapist Assistants and New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.

Compensation: $33- $38/hour + daily productivity incentives, $2500K sign on bonus, 4% match with our 401K, plus more. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
