Full-Time | Senior Living
You know the difference between doing therapy and simply getting through a schedule.
We’re looking for a PTA who wants to do the former.
At Prava, you’ll be embedded in one senior living community—not bouncing from building to building or treating a different group of people every day.
You’ll get to know your residents.
Know how they move.
Know what motivates them.
Know when something feels different.
And work alongside the PT, caregivers and community leadership to do something about it.
WE'RE ALSO BUILDING SOMETHING NEW.
Prava is piloting technology designed to give the clinical team better visibility into what's happening across the community—not just during a therapy session.
A change in mobility.
A fall.
A change in routine.
A resident who suddenly isn't participating like they normally do.
The goal is simple: notice changes earlier and respond smarter.
You'll bring your clinical skills to that environment every day.
YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
Providing skilled PT interventions under the direction of the PT
Working on gait, balance, strength, transfers and functional mobility
Building trust with residents and families
Collaborating with caregivers and the community team
Recognizing and communicating meaningful changes
Supporting fall prevention and mobility initiatives
Helping residents stay active and engaged in their environment
Using technology that is designed to make clinical work smarter—not harder
THIS ISN'T A “JUST FOLLOW THE PLAN” PTA JOB.

Communicating.
Questioning.
Bringing ideas to the table.
Because the best PTAs don't simply carry out a treatment plan.
They know the resident well enough to recognize when the plan needs attention.
