In our resident-first, mission-driven communities, you’ll listen with compassion, understand individual needs, and explain independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing options. Build trusted relationships with prospective residents, families, referral partners, and community teams; manage inquiries and follow-ups; conduct tours and presentations; and guide prospects through the decision-making and move-in process. Maintain accurate lead information and contribute to occupancy goals while delivering respectful, personalized service.
