Dental Patient Care Coordinator

Job Description

Our office is looking to hire an experienced Dental Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!

Compensation: Depends on Experience.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8am-4pm. Some Fridays 8-2.

Our ideal Dental Patient Care Coordinator feels comfortable talking about money with patients and has experience working in a dental practice.

Duties for our Dental Patient Care Coordinator include :

Appointment scheduling and patient communication through phone, email, and patient outreach software
Plan and coordinate insurance benefits as well as appointments
Work collaboratively with dentist and fianance coordinator to create a seamless experience for patients
Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
Perform general office duties and other duties as required
Must be able to coordinate with financial coordinator and present accurate patient balances
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
Multitasking is needed at times to cover responsibilities like scheduling, confirmation calls, checking emails and voicemail, greeting patients, and scheduling treatment presented by the clinical staff
