Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate meaningful progress in therapy sessions.

• Educate and support clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care practices, empowering them on their therapeutic journey.

• Monitor client progress consistently and adjust treatment plans accordingly to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client well-being.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
