We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive sales revenue growth through strategic engagements within large tech organizations, leveraging your experience in complex channel and distribution sales across the SDP industry. This role is designed for a true business development hunter who excels at building executive-level relationships, navigating complex organizations, and selling high-value consulting services that deliver measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will own the expansion of a new book of business using Valorem Reply’s deep expertise in cloud, AI, and modern digital solutions. Responsibilities Partner with Executive Leadership and Solution Area Leaders to identify, qualify, propose, and close new consulting opportunities Hunt for and develop new executive level relationships to position Valorem Reply’s high-value services and influence strategic initiatives Manage a personal book of business, consistently driving pipeline creation and closing consulting engagements typically ranging from $500K to multi-million-dollar opportunities Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account intelligence within Valorem Reply’s CRM Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, marketing, alliances, and operations to ensure alignment on pursuit strategy and successful execution Understand and articulate Valorem Reply’s service offerings, delivery models, and differentiators to guide customers toward outcome Ensure adherence to operational processes, administrative requirements, and company standards. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field 8 years of industry experience in technology, consulting, or enterprise solutions 5 years of successful consulting sales or technical business development experience Proven success selling large-scale consulting services (typically $500K+ per engagement) and managing a minimum $5M+ annual book of business that you build. Experience selling to or for large technology companies (Microsoft strongly preferred—Google, Meta, AWS and other large Software and Digital Platform companies) Demonstrated ability to establish and grow executive-level relationships and influence strategic decision-making Strong integrity, dependability, and a results driven mindset focused on customer value and satisfaction Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, CRM systems, and other standard business applications Ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into actionable consulting solutions Preferred Qualifications Understanding of modern cloud technologies, AI solutions, and digital transformation strategies Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern delivery practices Experience with contract negotiation and enterprise procurement processes About Reply Reply specializes in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media. Reply is a network of highly specialized companies supporting global industrial groups operating in the telecom and media, industry and services, banking, insurance and public administration sectors in the definition and development of business models enabled for the new paradigms of AI, cloud computing, digital media and the Internet of Things. Reply services include Consulting, System Integration and Digital Services. The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $125,000 - $175,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
