Full Time | Outpatient Primary Care | Community Health

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan.

Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness services, and acute illness treatment.

Build long-term patient relationships within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.

Partner with nursing, behavioral health, and specialty providers to coordinate high-quality patient care.

Participate in limited shared call rotation with additional stipend compensation.

Practice within an established outpatient clinic supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.
