Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan.
• Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness services, and acute illness treatment.
• Build long-term patient relationships within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.
• Partner with nursing, behavioral health, and specialty providers to coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Participate in limited shared call rotation with additional stipend compensation.
• Practice within an established outpatient clinic supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.

Requirements:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
• Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
• Commitment to preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
• Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills.
• New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
