SysML Enabled All-Source Intelligence AnalystThe Opportunity: As a SysML enabled all-source intelligence analyst, you’ll be part of a team that is a primary producer of adversary ground force intelligence, delivering scientific and technical intelligence and military capability analysis that informs warfighters, modernization programs, and national decision makers. You’ll produce finished all-source intelligence assessment of Intelligence Community tradecraft standards while applying SysML to formalize ground system architectures, interfaces, and dependencies across C3, C4, or C5ISR, mobility, sustainment, and fires. You’ll use SysML and compatible frameworks to analyze system-of-system behaviors and constraints, improving analytic impact for intelligence production.Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have: 5+ years of experience with all-source intelligence tradecraft and producing IC standard assessments2+ years of experience applying SysML in an analysis or systems context, including BDD or IBD, sequence or state activity diagrams, and parametric models, to represent foreign systems and TTPsExperience using structured analytic techniques, managing assumptions and uncertainty, and turning modeled dependencies into I&W baselines, RFIs, and collection plansExperience with multi-domain intelligence integration and mapping them to modeled elements to strengthen analytic confidence and sourcingAbility to identify trends, synthesize multi-disciplined reporting, and deliver strategic and anticipatory insights for ground force missionsAbility to apply model conventions, keep models synchronized with new reporting, and document provenance for auditabilityTS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degreein Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics Nice If You Have: 5+ years of experience in the intelligence communityExperience translating SysML models into UAF or UAFP views to provide enterprise and mission context across cross-program interoperabilityExperience with EW or cyber impacts to ground systems and C3 telemetry linksExperience embedding modeled constraints or behaviors into scenario design, decision support, and red-team reviews to sharpen anticipatory assessmentsAbility to coordinate with technical teams Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or MathematicsCompletion of OCSMP Training or equivalent MBSE CoursesClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
