HVAC Recruiter
Join our dynamic team as an HVAC Recruiter and play a vital role in sourcing top talent to support our growing HVAC company. Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for HVAC technician, installer, and support roles
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various recruiting channels
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer extension
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Promote our company culture and employer brand to attract top talent
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions affecting HVAC recruitment
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the HVAC or construction industry
- Strong understanding of HVAC roles, certifications, and technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess technical skills and cultural fit of candidates
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
