Experienced Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator
Full-Time | Pediatric Dental Office | Murray Hill, Manhattan
We are a friendly, well-established pediatric dental practice looking for an experienced Dental Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time.
We’re looking for someone who is warm, dependable, organized, and confident working independently at the front desk. Our office has a friendly, team-oriented environment, and we are hoping to find someone who is looking for a stable, long-term position.
Responsibilities
● Scheduling and confirming appointments
● Answering phones, texts, and patient inquiries
● Greeting patients and families
● Managing the daily schedule and patient flow
● Dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
● Discussing treatment plans and patient balances
● Collecting payments
● Handling basic billing and insurance questions
● Coordinating with doctors and clinical staff
● Maintaining accurate patient records
What We’re Looking For
● Previous dental front desk experience required
● Strong knowledge of dental insurance and verification
● Excellent communication and customer-service skills
● Reliable and punctual
● Organized and comfortable multitasking
● Able to take initiative and problem-solve
● Comfortable working in a busy pediatric environment
● Friendly, professional, and a team player
Compensation
$20-30/hour, depending on dental experience
Candidates with strong experience in dental insurance, scheduling, treatment coordination, and front-office operations will be considered toward the higher end of the range.
