Leasing Consultant Department: Residential Employment Type: Full Time Location: Frisco, TX Compensation: $17.35 - $18.35 / hour Position Overview This role involves engaging prospective renters, guiding them through community tours, applying sales techniques to lease apartments, supporting resident retention, assisting with marketing initiatives, and performing lease administration tasks. The Leasing Consultant collaborates with the team to meet occupancy goals, maintain property presentation, manage shared amenities, and support community events. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage prospective renters and residents, providing tours and information about the community. Apply sales techniques to lease apartments and maintain a strong closing ratio. Support resident retention efforts and contribute to a welcoming community atmosphere. Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and generating new leads. Perform lease administration tasks such as application processing, credit checks, and renewals. Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, unit availability, and resident correspondence. Collaborate with team members to meet occupancy goals and ensure property presentation standards. Manage shared amenities and support community events and programs. Our Ideal Candidate 2 years of experience in sales or property management (Preferred). Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations. Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and property management software systems. Valid driver license and any other licenses or certifications required by the state.
