If you are interested in pursuing a rewarding career, we invite you to review our opportunities!Job Description SummaryWhat You'll DoDesign, build, and deploy APIs and integrations using Azure API Management, Azure Function Apps, Service Bus, and Event HubsWrite clean, well-tested Python for Function App APIs and custom connectorsModel and deliver system, process, and experience APIs following a layered API strategySupport and enhance existing MuleSoft Anypoint integrations, and help migrate relevant workloads to AzureBuild event-driven and asynchronous integration patterns that hold up under real production loadReview and test code before deployment, including unit and integration testingParticipate in code reviews and collaborate with other engineering, UX design, and product teamsDebug complex production problems independently and drive fixes to resolutionPartner with business and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutionsContribute ideas that shape broader team initiatives and technical strategy, and mentor less experienced engineersWhat You'll BringEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent work experience3–5+ years of middleware or integration engineering experienceHands-on experience developing integration services and APIs on an enterprise integration platform. Azure Integration Services — API Management, Function Apps, Service Bus, and Event Hubs — strongly preferred; candidates with deep experience on comparable platforms (MuleSoft, Tibco, IBM Integration Bus, Boomi, webMethods) who are ready to bring those integration fundamentals to Azure are also encouraged to applyPractical Python development experience, ideally building APIs or connectorsWorking knowledge of distributed version control and modern branching strategies (Bitbucket, GitHub, Azure Repos, or similar)Solid conceptual knowledge of databases and asynchronous development patternsUnderstanding of industry-standard system architecture and system management toolsExperience supporting and documenting build and configuration changes across environmentsExperience in Agile/Scrum development environmentsAbility to reason about the performance implications of different technical approachesNice to HaveExperience with MuleSoft Anypoint PlatformPrior experience migrating integrations from a legacy platform onto a cloud-native stackCI/CD pipeline experience, especially Azure DevOpsInfrastructure-as-code experience (Bicep, ARM, or Terraform)Relevant Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-305) or MuleSoft certificationExperience with API security patterns — OAuth2, managed identities, gateway policiesWhy You'll Want This JobModern stack, real migration work — you are building the target state, not babysitting legacyBroad visibility across the business, with direct access to the stakeholders your work servesAutonomy to own projects end to end, with senior engineers to collaborate with rather than report throughA large, stable company with the scale to make integration problems interestingPhysical DemandsMust be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job.
