Sr. Sales Administrator - Neuromodulation

Senior Sales Administrator supporting neuromodulation commercial operations at Medtronic. Manages day-to-day sales processes, maintains data accuracy across systems, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and supports reporting and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support daily commercial operations and business processes across sales functions
- Generate reports, track metrics, and analyze commercial performance data
- Maintain accurate data across commercial systems and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with sales, finance, customer service teams to resolve issues and support business needs
- Support process improvements and cross-functional projects to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years experience
- Experience in matrixed organizations
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or reporting systems
- Background in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry
- Exposure to pricing, order management, contracts, or customer support processes
Compensation: $83,200.00 - $124,800.00 base
