Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida Department of Health SLPA license required
• Experience in school settings or pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite; this role is not open to virtual/remote/VOCO candidates
• Current or transferable fingerprints through the AHCA Clearinghouse preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability for full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) or part-time schedules

Role Responsibilities:

• Support assessment, therapy, and intervention services for students, working closely with supervising Speech Language Pathologists
• Manage a caseload of 50-55 students ranging from elementary to middle school age
• Deliver direct, face-to-face therapy and support services on assigned campuses
• Document session notes and track student progress, maintaining required records
• Collaborate with teaching teams, families, and other specialists across multiple school locations
