Clinical Project Manager

To support the implementation of clinical initiatives and programmatic changes, the full-time Clinical Project Manager will oversee project plans, ensure timely delivery of outcomes, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize resource utilization and drive cost savings. Key responsibilities Develops, implements, and monitors clinical specialty project plans and timelines, ensuring necessary support and tools are available Collaborates with business process owners to identify project goals, objectives, and success measures Tracks metrics to monitor the quality and care cost impact of programs, ensuring alignment with operational and financial objectives Required qualifications At least 3 years of experience in clinical operations or project management within a managed care setting Knowledge of specialty programs integration and clinical initiative development Expertise in data management and analytics Strong project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across a matrixed organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
