We sell to a broad base of customers in industries such as electronic component and equipment manufacturers, chemical manufacturers, water & waste treatment, metal finishing, pollution control and life sciences companies.Responsibilities:Collection calls/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented departmentProvide customer service regarding collection issues, identifying and assisting to resolve payment discrepanciesResponsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts – Collection calls/email correspondence, account adjustments, small balance write-off's and customer reconciliationsAccountable for reducing delinquency balance for assigned accountsPerform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable DepartmentEnlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection processMust communicate and follow up effectively with sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basisRequirements:2+ years computerized Accounts Receivable experience preferredExcellent verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.Excellent organizational skills.Exhibits meticulous attention to detail. Is committed to producing accurate and high-quality work.Conscientiously and methodically approaches work.
