IT Support Manager

To oversee Level 1 and Level 2 Enterprise IT Services support operations, the remote contract IT Support & Applications Manager will lead a dedicated team, ensuring effective troubleshooting and seamless operation of core applications while driving continuous service improvement and managing departmental budgets. Key responsibilities Document, research, and troubleshoot reported issues and requests related to Financial, Business, Clinical, and Infrastructure applications Supervise staff, plan and review their work, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and foster a business-oriented culture within the team Required qualifications Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields Five years of progressively responsible experience in administration, office management, or systems analysis, with at least two years in data processing and management information systems General knowledge of computer and communication capabilities, E.D.P. applications, and data management techniques
