Toddle is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools. Built by educators, for educators, it is used by over 200,000 educators across 2,500+ schools in 100+ countries. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most – teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students. Our approach is three-pronged. First, Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place. Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts – all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights. Second, every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences. Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft. Here’s what you’ll be doing In this role, you will work closely with the Growth Lead on GTM initiatives across our key focus verticals. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and operations – supporting GTM planning, campaign execution and analysis. You’ll be expected to parallelize multiple initiatives , build clarity from ambiguity, and scale your impact as the business grows. Full-cycle campaigns: Ideate with content and design, launch, track lift, iterate; own the loop end to end Growth ops backbone: Design the dashboards, workflows and playbooks that keep every campaign and hand-off humming Channel intelligence: Tear into funnel metrics, glean what's working, drop what's not, recommend where to double down Market scouting: Dig into competitive landscapes and user research to surface bold experiments (what would make our campaigns, virtual events, conferences best‑in‑class?) Data intelligence: Build the intelligence layer that powers every campaign, then dig into the post-campaign data to surface what worked, what didn't, and where to double down next The role will have a steep learning curve as you'll be expected to scale personally as the business grows. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking. This will involve parallelising a lot of efforts and wearing multiple hats at once. Is this someone that looks like you? Experience : 2‑4 years in growth roles at a fast‑paced startup (B2B SaaS preferably) or IB/Consulting Education : MBA/Undergrad degree from a Tier 1 college Comfort with data : Able to handle large datasets, run funnel and campaign analysis, perform audits, and build dashboards and tools that help the team work faster – including strong Excel skills Communication : Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders Executor : An executor with strong bias for action and ability to handle many balls at once Strategic mindset : Able to think about growth at the level of business strategy – form a point of view on where Toddle should play and why (segments, geos, channels), translate that into a prioritised roadmap, and drive cross‑functional teams (content, design, sales) around it We deeply value building the right culture at Toddle, and these are a few things that we look for in each hire – Coach‑ability, Curiosity, Ownership, Hustle and Humility.
