Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. • 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission). • Local & travel allowed. Required Credentials: - Driver's license is required for clinicians working on a compact license. - Ascension Pharmacology Exam required with a minimum 80% passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Medical Surgical Exam required with a minimum 80% passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension Core Competencies required with a minimum 80% passing score or national benchmark passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. - Ascension EKG Exam required with a minimum 80% passing score; only 2 attempts allowed. Special Requests: - Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. - Candidates must have at least 6 months of separation from Ascension employment to be considered for a travel position. - To receive the travel rate, the clinician's claimed residence must match the address on the driver's license.
