Maintenance Technician Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar managerial role
- Strong working knowledge of/experience with HVAC, Walk-in, and Freezer, preventative maintenance, and plumbing
- Working knowledge of fryers and ovens, a plus
- Experience managing a budget for supplies and maintenance
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Ability to work some nights and weekends as well
- Ability to travel across 4 states
- EPA license and applicable certifications or degrees a plus!
