Greet clients warmly and identify their preferences through thoughtful conversation Build rapport with regular clients and remember their style preferences Manage appointment scheduling and accommodate walk-in clients Maintain cleanliness of salon areas and ensure tools are sterilized when needed Recommend and upsell hair care products and services, when suitable Skills & Requirements: Knowledge of hair treatments and salon services (e.g., keratin treatments) Awareness of current beauty trends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to stand for long periods Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Join our team and help create a professional, welcoming environment where every client feels valued! #J-18808-Ljbffr
